There are many reasons why our editors may not post your release; the main reason we reject "press releases" are:

How do I upgrade my news release?
Just submit your press release. After submitting, choose a plan that best suites your needs.

How do I update my news release?
Press releases go live right after our editor(s) review them, anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours (business days). For this reason the original release cannot be updated. You may submit a correction of up to 20 words added and/or deleted. Use our submit a press release form and add a note to the editor at the top, like so:

Note to editor: This release updates my previous post with the title: XXX (your title).

If you ordered one of our distribution plans (paid plans) and want to issue a retraction or update to the media you must order a new release, otherwise your update will only be posted to our websites and auto feeds (RSS, XML).

After you order a new press release, submit the release and place an official note in the title like so:

Company Name - Corrections to our previous release issued on June, 00, 2009 - titled - XXX XXX XXX  (note: this only applies to paid submission).

Original contact information must match, i.e. email, name ... suspicious IP Addresses will be discarded.

You may also ask to have your release removed (retracted), the above conditions apply. Don't resubmit your release, send an email to:
