Terms and Conditions:

1. You are the author or have rights to publish.

2. No guarantees. We review each submission for quality and content. We may reject any submission if we deem that your submission is not appropriate for our directory. We reject all porn, barely legal, sex (suggestive or direct), spam, racist, warez, hate, swear words, flame post, anything illegal, sales letters, repeated post to this or other news websites. Your news must be "newsworthy". Newsworthy content is strictly up to our editors and is not subject for appeal. We may, or may not inform you on why we rejected your content. You may not edit your content once posted. You may contact our help to edit the content or you may resubmit a new post, please let us know to remove the previous post in the comments section of the submit form.

We do not except spam. Spam is submitting content for the sole purpose of increasing your webpage ranking on search engines, ads, and auto submits . Spam has no value for us, our audience or our distribution partners. Repeated spam offenders will have all their post removed from this website and will be banned. Spam is also submitting content that is the same, a good rule of thumb is to have at least 70% new content for each press release.

We only except news in the form of a press release, news article or news publication. We will not publish ads that are submitted as "news".

3. We may move your post to any category.

4. By submitting your articles to pravenue.com, you agree to allow us to: post your news on pravenue.com and any of its news directory partners and affiliates. Journalist, reporters, editors, news blogs and news outlets will publish your news both online and in print, either in its entirety or in edited format. Post your news in real time, daily, weekly, and monthly newsletters. Release your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate; promote your news to appear on any websites, directories and search engines. Use your posting to promote our website, success stories, how it works, marketing, etc..

5. You will not be paid for submitting your news to our websites and syndicated websites and you will not be paid if and when your news and /or articles are published online or in print / broadcast.

6. In most cases your news will be reviewed by our editors within the specified times 24 to 48 hours, normal business days, M to F, no weekends or holidays. However this is not guaranteed, your news may never be reviewed due to things out of our control like: email not be received, ISP problems and so on. If you don't hear from us with the specified time we suggest you contact us via our online help link.

7. If your article does not conform to the PRAvenue submission guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does without prior notice.

8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time.

9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages where your articles are displayed.

10. You agree that we can contact you using the email address you have provided to us, regarding any areas of PRAvenue.com. We will not sell or distribute you contact information.

11. You may not misrepresent us in anyway. We do not endorse you in any way. We just distribute your news.

12. You must respect the copyright of each author whose news you wish to publish.

13. All URL's (websites you link to) must be working. Linking to sites that contain content as outlined in #2 Will result in your news being rejected.

14. You agree to never use any news obtained from PRAvenue.com in any form of spam or unsolicited mail.

15. Paid submissions are NOT guaranteed for inclusion to our directory. Paid submissions are subject to the same editorial guides outlined in this document and in point #2. Rejected Paid submissions will be charged up to the amount of the paid submission. There are NO REFUNDS.

16. You agree to never sell any news or material obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling news individually or in a compilation.

17. You agree that anything connected to PRAvenue.com, our newsletter, our RSS feed or our website is completely at your own risk.

18. You understand that submitting your news to this directory your post can be indexed and redistributed by search engines, news distributors, websites, email and other digital media outlets both public and private, as well as traditional print and broadcast media.

19. We do not endorse nor dispute any content provided to us from our press release and PR (*Public Relations) clients and free news submitters. We do not check the accuracy of our clients and free news submitters statements made in their press releases. All images, logos, trademarks and copy are the property of their respective owners. We are a distribution service only. Any and all press releases listed on our website(s) are archives of our service preformed for our clients and free news submitters. We will in no way arbitrate in any disputes you may have with our clients. Linking to pages on this website is permitted only if the intent is to provide information. If the intent or result is harmful to this website or its it's clients you may not link to this website. Copying the content of this website is strictly forbidden without prior written and signed approval from the website administrator. If you are a member of the media you may use the content found in any press release statement, either in our publicly displayed content or our private news media areas for your publication without any prior notice to our website or administrators. If you are a Press Release service, content distributor or any type *PR agency you may not redistribute or display in any way or form any content located on our website(s), our partner websites and syndication websites. We are not adverse to providing additional outlets for our clients, in fact we welcome it. We just want the "who, what, where, why, and when".
